WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT EM?

Well, I know many of US have already SET these so called GOALS that we have HOPED to accomplish throughout the year, right?

Remember that VISION BOARD YOU MADE in January?

Yea, that one…

We’ve all been through this process LADIES and GENTS

AT THE BEGINNING, we WERE ALL determined and motivated to do W-H-A-T||EVER it took to reach OUR GOALS.

Then, a FEW WEEKS later, we found ourselves falling right back off the train tracks as our goals SUDDENLY started to DERAIL.

What HAPPENED NEXT???

YOUR GUILT consciously began to SEEP back in and YOUR boxing gloves came out to K.O. you ONCE AGAIN for the repetitive slip-ups and mess-ups you continue to encounter.

Did I get it RIGHT?

“MISTAKES are bound to happen, but YOU HAVE TO KEEP TRYING.”

I MOST CERTAINLY fell off track, and to be honest, I’ve slacked off quite a bit; both personally and professionally.

I FIND MYSELF constantly in an “ON and OFF” cycle.

I mean, I’ve had MOMENTS when I’m REALLY ON TOP OF MY GOALS,

AND

I’ve had those moments when I’ve just felt stuck and UNMOTIVATED.

But THE GOOD THING IS, when I start to fall off track, I can sense it. And I usually CATCH MYSELF before I drift too far away from my PROGRESS.

“We are humans, it’s NOT ALWAYS EASY to stay on track.”

Ya’ll KNOW there comes a time when we just have to KEEP IT REAL with OURSELVES and do some self-reflection on our PROGRESS, so that we can take the N-E-C-E-S-S-A-R-Y ACTIONS to reprioritize and regroup our FOCUS.

AS WE SLOWLY APPROACH THE END OF 2020, NOW is a good time to [REFLECT] on your goals to see what needs to be DONE.

IT’S TIME TO START THE SELF- QUESTIONING PROCESS.

AM I feeling STUCK or AM I making progress?

JUST REMEMBER..

Many OBSTACLES may come in YOUR PATH, but YOU must find a way get back on track and STAY THE COURSE.

So, If YOU FIND YOURSELF feeling STUCK and UNmotivated,or YOU just NEED some [Encouragement] to KEEP GOING..

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO HELP YOU GET BACK ON TRACK:

1. RE-INSPIRE YOURSELF

READING self- help books, LISTENING to inspirational messages or just WATCHING someone’s success story will get you pumped up to work on your goals again.


2. TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME

Success is not an overnight process; IT’S A JOURNEY. So, BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF, because eventually you will make it to the finish line.


3. DON’T BEAT YOURSELF UP FOR YOUR MESS-UPS

MISTAKES HAPPENS TO ALL OF US. Beating yourself up will lower your drive and motivation that you need to keep going. So, if you messed up, just keep moving and try again.


4. STAY ACCOUNTABLE WITH YOUR GOALS

GRAB a planner, MAKE a to-do list, and GET IT DONE.

Having a to-do list will help keep you organized and mentally focused. Plus you will even FEEL more motivated to keep going once you start crossing off some tasks that you just completed. There’s NOTHING like a sense of accomplishment!


5. FIND AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER

You may get DISTRACTED or DISCOURAGED at times, but having an accountability partner will most definitely help you get on track. Many times we can’t always [SEE] that we are THE REASON that our progress is hindered. But he/she will help you see things that you don’t see and cheer you on.


6. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AGAIN

IT STARTS WITH YOU.

Practice positive self-talks, give yourself a hug, and remind yourself that you have what it takes. Even if you have to do it repeatedly, because YOU CAN DO IT!


We have 4 MONTHS LEFT IN 2020! Then, a new year BEGINS.

There’s STILL TIME TO [WORK] ON YOUR G-O-A-L-S.
