TODAY, I would like to introduce you to Tiffany. She’s an influencer, blogger, and founder of Tiffaninicolle & llovemesomuch.
Our self-love journey can be a difficult journey to navigate alone, especially when you are striving to overcome your deepest insecurities. However, Tiffany can provide you the resources that you need to love yourself and fully EMBRACE who you truly are.

YOLANDA J: So Tiffany, tell us how your blog got started. Give us an outline of what events happened in order for your brand to come to fruition.
TIFFANY: Ilovemesomuch started while I was on my self- love journey. I wanted to document my experience and what helped me learn the true meaning of self-love. Once I started getting more comfortable & confident in myself, I felt women could benefit from me sharing my story. My hope was and still is to inspire women to live a life they truly love, and that starts with loving themselves.
YOLANDA J: So you say that your aim is to inspire us women to live a life we truly love. I know it must have been a challenging process getting to know who you are and what steps you needed to take towards your self-love journey. Tell us a little about how you handled those adverse moments? What were some challenging times you faced when going through this process?
TIFFANY: I eventually learned not to take judgement personally. The world can be cruel, and someone will always have something to say about what you’re doing. Use that as a motivation to keep going. My biggest challenge was overcoming doubt; I was so worried about not inspiring anyone and not being understood.
The world can be cruel, and someone will always have something to say about what you’re doing. Use that as a motivation to keep going.
YOLANDA J: So what motivates you to keep going and not give up?
TIFFANY: My audience motivates me. The support they give me. The feedback I get from tips of stories I share. Knowing that if I only inspired one person to pursue their passion, I have done enough. Also, being featured by some of the top brands as an inspiration, being asked to speak at empowerment events for women, and just the personal messages I get from the audience sharing how I’ve helped them, or how they have enjoyed what I’ve shared.

YOLANDA J: I can relate to that! It’s a great feeling when people can relate to you and share how much your platform has helped them. So, where did your branding ideas come from? Did you have any mentors or special people in your life that helped create venues or advice for your brand?
TIFFANY: I did a lot of research to come up with a plan. I’ve also taken courses, met with seasoned bloggers/influences, went through a trial & error stage, and surrounded myself with like minded people. I think these STEPS are ALL important for your growth.
YOLANDA J: Absolutely, I completely agree! So when people ask you what you do, what do you typically say? Do you tell them your title or do you tell them what you offer?
TIFFANY: Honestly, it depends on who I’m talking to. A lot of times, I will share I’m a blogger whose goal is to inspire women. It took me a while to say I’m an influencer & entrepreneur. It’s ALL still new to me.
YOLANDA J: What do you do on a daily basis to continue your growth as an entrepreneur? What are some things you can no longer do, and what are some practices you have to put in place that help grow your brand?
TIFFANY: set goals and research trends. I no longer show up without a plan in place. I like to be prepared. I’m more intentional now with the things I do and share. Some practices I put in place is making sure I am being authentic and speaking my TRUTH. I am constantly asking for feedback, researching what worked, and being open for change.
YOLANDA J: Wow, those are some great practices we can all put in place for ourselves! So, knowing what you know now, what would be one piece of advice you would give yourself? Think about when you first started your brand. You were walking into the unknown. If you could have given yourself a few suggestions and words of wisdom, what suggestions would you have given yourself?
TIFFANY: The one piece of advice I would have given myself is to try NOT to be like anyone else. Just be yourself, and your audience will come.
Just be yourself, and your audience will come.
YOLANDA J: Facts, I can agree that when we choose to be our authentic self, we find our people and our people find us. Thank you for sharing a little about your process and obstacles you faced. Before we wrap up, I would like to ask you one last question. How would you like people to remember you and Tiffaninicolle & what legacy would you like to leave behind?
TIFFANY: This is a great question! I want people to remember me as a woman who was confident enough to share her story and who inspired so many women to pursue their passion.

Thank you Tiffany for sharing your entrepreneurial journey with us! This interview has truly inspired me!
