By God I thank you for your infinite love and mercy upon my life. Whenever things don’t go my way, help me to remain encouraged and take my thoughts captive. Allow me to redirect my thoughts on what is true. Comfort my heart and give me the strength to look past my disappointment. Teach me to SUBMIT fully to you, LEAN on your promises, and RECOGNIZE your goodness in every aspect of my life. Give me the patience to wait on you as you are allowing things to unfold in your perfect timing. Though I don’t fully understand your ways, I know that there is purpose for everything, including my pain because you allow all things to work together for my good. Please remind me that your plans are not to harm me, instead they are to prosper me, give me hope, and a future. Thank you for always walking with me and strengthening me every step of the way.
